Application:  2008 Pennsylvania Education Scholarship Award (PDF)

Provisions of the scholarship award:

1. One award in the amount of $500 or $250 will be provided to cover education expenses.

2. The course must be insurance related or necessary for advancement within the insurance industry (i.e. required course for business degree program).

3. Scholarship funds shall be used within one (1) year from the date of presentation.  Extensions may be granted at the discretion of PA Council.

4. The recipient of the scholarship award shall not be eligible to receive the award again for five (5) years.

5. Documentation of course completion is required within 60 days of completion.  Documentation to be sent to PA Council Education Chair.
